Position: Civil Site Technician

Location: Arusha

Employment Type: Full Time

1.0 Minimum Qualification

• Holder of Diploma in Civil Engineering
• Knowledge of Engineering Design & Construction
• Excellent project Management Skills with ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong Analytical skills for evaluating site Requirements and budgeting
• Basic Knowledge of pricing Construction Activities
• Ability to use AUTOCAD and other Engineering software

2.0 Key Responsibilities

• Day-to-day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the site Laboure force and the work of any subcontractors.
• Acting as the technical adviser on a construction site for, crafts people and operatives.
• Preparation of site Reports
• Planning the work and efficiently organizing the plant and site facilities
• Overseeing quality control, health and safety matters on sites
