Auto Electrician Trainee: 2 positions
Welder Trainee: 2 positions
Fitter & Turner Trainee: 2 positions
Water Treatment Trainee: 2 positions
Biodigester Trainee: 2 positions
Instrumentation Trainee: 2 positions
Mechanical Trainee: 2 positions
Medical Assistant Trainee: 2 positions
Plumber Trainee: 1 position

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Certificate or Diploma in a relevant field.
VETA or equivalent technical training where applicable.
Fresh graduates and candidates with field practical exposure are encouraged to apply.
Applicants residing in Kilimanjaro or nearby places are encouraged to apply.

KEY COMPETENCIES

Basic technical and operational knowledge in the relevant discipline.
Ability to follow instructions and standard operating procedures.
Good communication, teamwork, and willingness to learn.
Basic safety awareness and proper use of PPE.
