Job Summary
CNS Group is seeking a results-driven Business Development (Sales) professional to join its dynamic team in Dar es Salaam. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving business growth by identifying new opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and promoting IT and software solutions to potential clients, particularly within the financial industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the IT, software, and financial solutions sectors.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships to understand their business needs and offer customized solutions.
- Present, negotiate, and close sales of IT and software products.
- Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and performance KPIs.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and successful project delivery.
- Stay up to date with market trends, emerging technologies, and competitors’ activities.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in selling IT solutions within the banking and financial sector.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets in IT or software product sales.
- Strong understanding of financial solutions and technologies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently.
