JOB OPPORTUNITY: DIRECT SALES OFFICER

FNL Services Limited is seeking a Direct Sales Officer to drive sales growth through direct client engagement, develop and implement sales strategies, identify new business opportunities, monitor market trends, prepare sales reports, collaborate with marketing, and ensure high customer satisfaction.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop and implement sales strategies to meet company targets.
Lead and motivate the sales team to enhance performance.
Identify new business opportunities and strengthen client relationships.
Monitor market trends and competitors for growth opportunities.
Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to management.
Collaborate with marketing and other departments to boost brand visibility.
Ensure high customer satisfaction through exceptional service.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

Education: Sales Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 1 year proven sales experience, including a record of meeting targets and experience in a managerial role.
Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Leadership: Strong leadership, team management, and interpersonal skills.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office is an added advantage.
Research & Creativity: Demonstrated innovative thinking and research abilities.
Sales Skills: Skilled in persuasion, presentations, negotiation, and closing deals.
Personal Attributes: Self-driven with an entrepreneurial spirit and an ability to work under pressure.
Adaptability: Open to working in diverse environments.
