The University of Dar es Salaam (UDSM) is inviting applications from qualified and experienced professionals for the position of Project Coordinator at the UDSM Legal Aid Clinic.
The Legal Aid Clinic, under the University of Dar es Salaam School of Law, provides essential services including legal advice, representation, preparation of legal documents, and legal education to the public.
📋 Key Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate project activities in line with the project’s objectives.
- Liaise with key stakeholders, partners, and project beneficiaries.
- Ensure accurate documentation and timely reporting of project progress.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor.
🎓 Qualifications
- PhD in Law from a recognized and accredited higher learning institution.
- Must be a practicing advocate with valid registration.
💼 Work Experience
- Minimum of three (3) years of active legal practice.
- Proven experience in coordinating legal aid or social justice projects.
- Strong knowledge and experience in managing legal aid matters.
🕒 Terms of Service
- Contract Duration: Six (6) Months
