JOB DESCRIPTION

• Handle travel bookings including flights, hotels, and tour packages.

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and social media.

• Provide accurate travel information, pricing, and itinerary options.

• Assist clients in choosing suitable travel packages based on their needs.

• Process reservations, confirmations, and cancellations.

• Coordinate with airlines, hotels, and travel partners.

• Stay updated on travel trends, destinations, and visa requirements.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Education: Bachelor in Tourism and Hospitality or a related field.

• Experience: 1 Year+ experience in the Tourism and Hospitality industry.

• Technical Skills: Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, and online booking systems).

• Core Skills: Strong communication and customer service skills.

• Abilities: Good organizational and time management abilities.

• Added Advantage: IATA certification.
