Key Responsibilities
- Drive effective channel management and oversee the expansion of the existing client database to strengthen market presence.
- Plan, coordinate, and execute zonal marketing campaigns, promotions, and product launches to support business growth.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the zonal sales and marketing teams to consistently achieve and exceed zonal sales targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, emerging market segments, and strategic partnerships to enhance revenue streams.
- Negotiate and close high-value deals with key clients, Fundis, and local contractors, ensuring long-term business relationships.
- Enhance the visibility of the Ando brand by increasing awareness of its products and services among individual consumers, corporate clients, and industry professionals.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in sales, marketing or business administration.
- Five (5) years of sales and marketing with progressive management experience.
