About the Role

As an Audit Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality engagements, mentoring junior staff, and contributing to the firm’s excellence in audit and assurance services.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Engagements: Supervise and lead audit engagements across a diverse range of industries.

• Compliance & Review: Review audit work to ensure full compliance with international standards, specifically IFRS and ISA.

• Team Development: Provide active coaching, guidance, and performance feedback to junior auditors.

• Strategic Advice: Identify risks, evaluate internal controls, and deliver actionable recommendations to clients.

• Business Growth: Support client relationship management and contribute to the firm’s business development initiatives.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Professional Certification: Must hold a CPA, ACCA, or an equivalent professional certification.

• Experience: 3–5 years of relevant audit experience, preferably gained within a large or international firm.

• Technical Skills: Strong expertise in auditing, accounting, and risk management.

• Leadership & Communication: Proven analytical skills combined with strong leadership and communication abilities.
