Job Title: On-Desk Loan Recovery Officer
Role Overview
We are seeking a results-driven and highly motivated On-Desk Loan Recovery Officer to support loan repayment efforts. The role requires strong analytical ability, persistence, and the capacity to manage high-volume client follow-ups to ensure timely recovery of outstanding loans.
Key Responsibilities
📊 Data Analysis & Monitoring
- Analyze loan repayment data to identify defaulters
- Track missed or delayed repayments
- Prepare reports on recovery performance
📞 Client Engagement & Recovery
- Conduct daily follow-ups via phone calls
- Make 300+ calls per day to clients
- Negotiate repayments while maintaining professionalism and firmness
🤝 Coordination
- Work closely with field staff to improve loan recovery outcomes
- Support overall recovery strategy through communication and feedback
Requirements
💻 Technical Skills
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (mandatory)
- Strong data analysis and tracking skills
🧠 Competencies
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Comfortable handling high-volume outbound calls
- Target-driven, resilient, and able to work under pressure
- Demonstrated leadership ability
Work Schedule
- Monday to Saturday
