Cyber Security Pre-Sales Executive
Job Overview
The Cyber Security Pre-Sales Executive provides technical sales support to promote and sell cybersecurity products, solutions, and services. The role combines strong technical expertise with sales skills to deliver tailored solutions and expert consultation to clients.
Key Roles and Responsibilities
Sales Support & Strategy
- Advise the sales team on positioning cybersecurity solutions
- Identify key stakeholders within client organizations
- Support development of customer-specific cybersecurity roadmaps and business plans
Client Engagement
- Build and maintain trusted relationships as a Cyber Security Advisor
- Understand and analyse customer technical and business requirements
- Propose tailored cybersecurity solutions
Solution Development
- Design solutions from technology selection to business case development
- Conduct TCO (Total Cost of Ownership) and ROI (Return on Investment) analysis
- Translate requirements into service packages and internal deliverables
Business Development
- Respond to tenders and prepare proposals and value propositions
- Build and manage a cybersecurity sales pipeline
- Collaborate with marketing on campaigns, events, and promotions
Technical Delivery
- Conduct vulnerability assessments to identify security gaps
- Deliver presentations, demonstrations, and proof of concepts
Reporting & Performance
- Prepare and present monthly activity reports
- Meet assigned KPIs and performance targets
