Key Highlights of the Role

Main Responsibilities

• Develop Data Management Plans (DMPs)
• Manage CRFs and Electronic Data Capture (EDC) systems
• Conduct QA/QC and internal data audits
• Resolve data discrepancies and queries
• Train and mentor data clerks
• Generate weekly data reports
• Ensure compliance with SOPs, GCP, and study protocols
• Maintain secure handling of confidential participant data

Required Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in:
  • Data Science
  • Statistics
  • Biostatistics

Desired Technical Skills

• Statistical software:
  • Stata
  • R
  • Python
• EDC systems (preferably ODK)
• Data management lifecycle knowledge
• Basic server/IT operations
• GCP and regulatory compliance knowledge

Soft Skills

• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Problem-solving ability
• Attention to detail
• Ability to work independently
