Key Responsibilities

Monitoring radio network quality, maintaining and improving daily network quality.
Design roll-off and configuration data to integrate and broadcast new sites.
Manage radio database concerning sites, parameter and radio resources.
Perform on-site optimization based on solution given by him/her self or superior.
Evaluate end of network quality and report to superiors.
Perform drive test and benchmarking.
Prepare data for network rescue, audit, synchronization of radio parameter, cut-over.
Driving test record and analysis log file.
Setup terms software, connection manner, functions of software.
Practice driving test all case.
Analysis logfile follow optimization purpose, get the root causes and grasp solutions.
Conduct single site verification (SSV), check site database compare with design.
Conduct acceptance of new site follow regulation.
Troubleshoot main fault hardware of BTS/NodeB.
Knowledge about hardware structure of BTS/NodeB, functions of component, the connection in difference configuration.
Learn about the type of antenna, the main parameters of antenna, the concept of tilt (mechanical/electric tilt), azimuth, height of antenna.
On-site practice, connect the components.
Grasp the main faults, the causes and handles.
Solve customer complaint.
Join directly in supporting, managing and tackling customers’ complaint about 2G/3G/4G network quality.
Monitor and optimize 2G, 3G, 4G KPIs.

Must have at least Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Telecommunication Engineering / Computer Science or related field.
Having some familiarity with Huawei, ZTE and Nokia equipment.
Be able to work plan, partnership with others.
Can be assigned to work in province or HQ based on your experience.
Good skills on Microsoft Excel.
Freshers with good skills and knowledge are encouraged to apply.
