Job Overview

Habari Node is seeking a Max Sales Executive to achieve maximum sales profitability and growth within assigned territories. The role involves personally contacting and securing new business accounts by effectively selling internet and ICT-based business solutions.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Invest in a full understanding of the company’s product lines.

• Find potential home and business customers.

• Generate interest by engaging potential customers to discover their specific needs.

• Adhere to agreed procedures for generating and tracking leads within sales systems.

• Actively follow up with potential customers and internal teams to ensure the closure of sales and timely equipment installation.

• Follow up with new customers, particularly in the first three months, to ensure service exceeds expectations.

Qualifications and Experience

• Education: A Diploma or Certificate in a Business-related field. A background in IT is an added advantage.

• Experience: At least 1 year of sales experience, preferably in internet or technology products for small and medium-sized enterprises.

• Proven Track Record: Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales quotas and manage customer relationships successfully.

Competencies

• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

• Proficiency in Customer Relationship Management (CRM).

• Ability to work without supervision and manage time effectively.

• High levels of resilience and integrity.
