Position Objective

The ICT Officer: Datacenter & Server Administrator will be responsible for managing and supporting:

• Datacenters
• Servers
• Storage systems
• Backup infrastructure
• Replication and recovery programs

The role supports standardized technology operations while adapting to evolving business needs across the bank.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

Server and System Administration

• Installing, configuring, testing, troubleshooting, and maintaining server operating systems
• Supporting Windows and file-server sharing projects
• Managing data migrations and disaster recovery support
• Maintaining system management tools and server plugins
• Applying latest patches, firmware, and hardware/software updates

Storage and Infrastructure Management

Managing daily business support activities for:

• Network Attached Storage (NAS)
• Direct Attached Storage (DAS)
• Storage Area Network (SAN)

Additional responsibilities include:

• Managing CIFS shares
• Supporting storage-related projects and upgrades
• Monitoring performance, scalability, availability, and security of infrastructure
