Job Summary

 

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in lubricating oil sales or large-scale mechanical equipment sales, with excellent communication, negotiation, and customer relationship skills. The candidate will be responsible for expanding the customer base, maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities.
  • Promote and sell lubricating oils and/or large-scale mechanical equipment.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and business partners.
  • Conduct market research to identify customer needs and industry trends.
  • Prepare quotations, negotiate contracts, and close sales deals.
  • Follow up on customer inquiries and provide after-sales support.
  • Meet monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Prepare sales reports and submit updates to management.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth order delivery and customer satisfaction.

 

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales of lubricating oil or large-scale mechanical equipment.
  • Strong understanding of industrial products and market trends.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
  • Good customer service and relationship management skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Valid driving license is an added advantage.

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in lubricating oil sales or heavy/mechanical equipment sales.
  • Experience working with industrial, automotive, construction, or manufacturing clients is preferred.
  • Fluent in English and Swahili.
