Applicants must possess:

Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Taxation.
Tax Management studies from a recognized institution or university (within or outside Tanzania).
Minimum of 2 years proven experience in tax management.
Experience in preparing financial reports and management accounts.
Good understanding of:
- Withholding Tax (WHT)
- Corporate Tax
Ability to interpret and apply tax laws, regulations, and compliance requirements effectively.

The successful candidate will:

Advise management on tax compliance matters and emerging tax issues.
Maintain accurate and organized tax records for audits and regulatory reviews.
Monitor changes in tax legislation and assess their impact on company operations.
Prepare management accounts and taxation-related financial reports.
Liaise with tax authorities regarding audits, assessments, and tax queries.
Represent and defend the company in tax matters while implementing lawful tax optimization strategies.
