Key account manager
We are looking to hire a Key Account Manager who will be responsible in Strategic management, project coordination and problem solving, strengthen costumer relationships, revenue growth of the company and provide service excellence and long-term partnerships.

Candidate profile
- Bachelor Degree in Business Administration and management, Commerce , Sales and Marketing, Engineering , Economics or a related field.
- MBA or Commercial Certifications are an additional advantage.
- Minimum of 5 years experience in a similar rôle.
- Strong understanding of the Tanzania Telecom Ecosystem, Business administration laws and administration principles.
Key responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong long-term client relationships at operational and executive levels.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Lead contract negotiations and ensure timely closure of commercial agreements and renewals.
- Coordinate with rollout, technical, legal, and operations teams to ensure timely site delivery.
- Ensure high service quality and customer satisfaction across all managed sites
