OPERATION MANAGER
We are seeking a results-driven and strategic Operations Manager to oversee daily business operations, improve efficiency, and drive operational excellence across the company. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, proven experience in process optimization, and the ability to manage teams, resources, and performance to support sustainable business growth and exceptional service delivery.
Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency and alignment with business objectives.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.

5+ years of operations management experience, preferably in the building materials industry.
