Job Description

The Entrenchment Banker will be responsible for proactively promoting a relationship-based banking offering by serving as a dedicated and primary point of contact for clients in the Personal and Private Banking segment.

The role involves providing banking solutions that meet client needs while ensuring alignment with the bank’s specified value propositions.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be expected to:

• Serve as a dedicated and primary contact person for Personal and Private Banking clients.
• Promote relationship-based banking solutions to clients.
• Understand client needs and recommend suitable banking products and services.
• Support client retention, engagement, and profitability.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Ensure service delivery is aligned with the bank’s value propositions.

Qualifications

Type of Qualification: First Degree
Field of Study: Business Commerce

Experience Required

Business Area: Personal and Private Banking
Experience: 3–4 years

Candidates should have:

• Experience in sales and relationship management of clients.
• Ability to drive profitability and build strong relationships.
• Proven sales track record in the financial services industry.
• Knowledge of the bank’s products, services, and digital platforms.
