Gwambina Group Limited is looking for energetic, smart, customer-focused, and professional female candidates to join the team as Hostesses.

Job Description

The successful candidates will be responsible for welcoming guests, ensuring excellent customer service, and creating a positive customer experience within the company premises.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and receive customers in a professional manner.
• Guide guests to their designated areas.
• Assist customers with inquiries and provide basic information.
• Coordinate customer seating arrangements and reservations where necessary.
• Ensure cleanliness and proper appearance of reception and service areas.
• Support the service team in maintaining an excellent customer experience.
• Handle customer concerns professionally and report issues to supervisors.
• Maintain good communication and teamwork with other staff members.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Certificate in Hotel Management, Hospitality, or Customer Service from a recognized institution.
• Holder of a Form Six Education Certificate.
• Good communication skills in both English and Swahili.
• Smart appearance and professional behavior.
• Strong customer care and interpersonal skills.
• Good teamwork and positive attitude.
• High level of discipline and integrity.

Experience

• Approximately one (1) year of experience as a hostess.
• Background in hospitality, customer service, restaurant, hotel, lounge, or related environment will be an added advantage.
