Client Relationship Officer

Job Summary
Freight Forwarders Tanzania is looking for a proactive and result-driven professional to manage client relationships and support its operations team.
Key Requirements
- At least 3 years of working experience in freight forwarding or a related industry.
- Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in:
- Declarations
- Port Operations
- Logistics
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage client relationships and deliver excellent customer service.
- Good organizational and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and strengthen relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Oversee and coordinate declarations, port operations, and logistics activities.
- Ensure timely and accurate documentation and compliance with regulations.
- Provide effective solutions and support to clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations.
Experience
Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience.
Preference
Male candidates are more recommended.
