About the Company
Great Wall Tobacco Company (T) Limited is seeking a motivated and results-driven Customer Service / Call Center Agent to join its growing team in Tanzania.
The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting customers, distributors, and retailers by handling inquiries, resolving issues, coordinating orders, and maintaining excellent customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be expected to:
- Answer inbound customer calls and messages.
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding products, pricing, availability, and promotions.
- Support distributors and retailers with product and order-related inquiries.
- Track customer orders and coordinate logistics processes.
- Resolve customer complaints efficiently and professionally.
- Escalate unresolved issues to supervisors when necessary.
- Maintain accurate customer records in CRM systems.
- Prepare updates and customer service reports.
- Meet response-time and customer satisfaction targets.
- Escalate compliance or legal concerns when required.
Qualifications and Requirements
Applicants should meet the following criteria:
- Female candidate aged between 25–30 years.
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
- Previous experience in customer service or a call center environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Computer literacy and proficiency in common office applications.
- Good typing and data-entry skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent spoken and written English.
- Fluency in Kiswahili.
- Calm, professional, and customer-focused telephone manner.
- Strong conflict resolution and problem-solving abilities.
- Willingness to work shifts when required.
