Quality Assurance Manager

Position Overview

Uhai Water Bottling Company is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Manager to oversee and maintain the highest standards of product quality, food safety, and regulatory compliance across all production processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and monitor quality assurance policies and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and regulatory standards.
• Supervise laboratory testing and water quality analysis processes.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits of production and packaging lines.
• Investigate quality issues and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Coordinate with production and maintenance teams to improve product quality.
• Maintain accurate QA documentation, reports, and certification records.
• Train staff on quality standards, GMP, HACCP, and safety procedures.
• Monitor customer complaints and ensure timely resolution of quality concerns.

Minimum Qualifications & Experience

Educational Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in:
  • Food Science
  • Chemistry
  • Quality Management
  • Microbiology
  • Or a related field

Professional Experience

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a managerial position within a water bottling company.
• Strong knowledge of:
  • GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices)
  • HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points)
  • ISO Standards
  • Food Safety Regulations
• Experience in water treatment and beverage manufacturing processes is an added advantage.

Skills & Competencies

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Proficiency in quality management systems and Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent communication and report-writing skills.
