Job Description

Lean Energy Solutions is urgently seeking 5 Certified Boiler Operators to work in a manufacturing company based in Arusha. This position is strictly for Main Operators who can manage industrial operations safely and efficiently (assistants/feeders will not be considered).

Requirements & Qualifications

• Certification: Valid Boiler Certificate is mandatory.

• Experience: 3–5 years or more of solid experience in boiler operations.

• Role Specifics: Must be a Main Boiler Operator (not a feeder or assistant).

• Skills: Proven ability to operate and manage industrial boilers safely and efficiently.

• Availability: Shortlisted candidates must be ready to start work immediately.
