Position: Graduate Trainees – Consumer Sales Drivers

Working Station: Dar es Salaam, Tanzania

Requirements

Applicants must meet the following qualifications and competencies:

• Professional defensive driving skills obtained from reputable and recognized institutions.
• Professional driving and mechanics knowledge and skills.
• Fresh graduates or graduates with 1–2 years of practical experience in driving and mechanics.
• Ability to properly operate commercial trucks of 3 tonnes and above.
• Sales experience and practical mechanics skills will be an added advantage.
• Good communication skills (both oral and written).
• Strong customer care and customer service skills.
• Dedicated and hardworking individual.
• High level of integrity, discipline, teamwork, and self-initiative.
• Possession of a valid driving licence is mandatory.
• Flexible and adaptable to work requirements.
