Jazia Drinking Water is looking for a motivated and reliable Delivery & Field Agent to join its growing team in Arusha. This role combines water delivery, customer engagement, and field operations support, offering an opportunity to grow within a dynamic organization.

Your Role

Deliver clean water. Build relationships. Grow with Jazia.

As a Delivery & Field Agent, you will deliver water to clients, support daily operations, and help expand Jazia’s customer base through field outreach and excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver water to clients along assigned routes using a company vehicle.
• Identify and approach potential customers in the field and explain Jazia’s products and services.
• Submit daily route and activity reports using Google Sheets.
• Assist with basic machine maintenance, including:
  • Cleaning
  • Routine inspections
  • Minor troubleshooting
• Support daily operational and field activities as required.

Requirements

Applicants should have:

• Fluency in Kiswahili and functional English communication skills.
• A smartphone and confidence using digital tools, particularly Google Sheets.
• A clean and professional appearance.
• Strong punctuality, reliability, and honesty.
• A customer-service mindset and positive attitude.
• Basic technical skills (an added advantage).
