About Us

Amador Luxe Homes was established in 2021 as a premium interior and exterior design and retail store. We specialize in luxury decoration accessories and furniture for homes and corporate offices. Located in the S.H. Amon Building on Igessa Road in Sinza Makaburini, our services include professional space styling, interior and exterior design transformations, and full-scale renovation and construction work.

Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven Sales and Marketing Officer to join our growing team. In this dual role, you will drive revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities and executing strategic marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator who blends creative marketing skills with a strong corporate sales drive.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development:

Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with new and existing clients.
Identify target markets, generate leads, and cold-call prospective customers.
Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential clients.
Negotiate contracts and close sales to meet or exceed monthly targets.

Marketing & Brand Management:

Plan and execute digital and offline marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness.
Manage company social media channels and create engaging content.
Monitor market trends and track competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
Organize and represent the company at promotional events, trade shows, and exhibitions.

Reporting & Analysis:

Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, leads, and customer feedback in the sales system.
Prepare weekly and monthly sales and marketing performance reports.

Qualifications & Experience

Education: Certificate or Diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience: 2+ years of proven experience in sales, marketing, or business development.
Skills: Excellent negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills.
Digital Literacy: Proficiency in MS Office & Excel, sales software, and social media platforms.
Attributes: Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
