Job Overview

We are seeking a results-driven Head of Sales to lead our commercial strategy and drive sustainable revenue growth through aggressive and strategic marketing initiatives to meet firm’s ambitious targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and Manage key customer relationships and commercial negotiations.

• Oversee sales planning, forecasting, budgeting & performance management.

• Develop and manage distributor and channel partner networks.

• Lead, coach, and develop a high performing sales team.

• Monitor market trends, competitor activities and emerging business opportunities.

• Ensure achievement of sales target, profitability objectives and customer satisfaction goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Commerce, Economics, Petroleum Management, Supply Chain Management or related field.

• Master degree in Business Administration (MBA), Marketing, Strategic Management or a related discipline will be an added advantage.

• Minimum of ten (10) years’ progressive experience in sales, business development, or commercial management.

• At least five (5) years’ experience in a senior sales leadership role.

• Demonstrated track record of driving sales growth, managing key accounts, and leading high performing sales teams.

• Experience within the Oil Marketing Industry, Lubricants, LPG, Energy, FMCG, Manufacturing or related sectors will be highly preferred.
