Position Overview

The Credit & Invoice Supply Manager is responsible for building and managing a pipeline of invoice financing and working capital opportunities by sourcing qualified borrowers, assessing creditworthiness, onboarding clients, and maintaining relationships with financiers and lending partners.

The role acts as a bridge between:

  • SMEs and borrowers
  • Banks and financiers
  • Internal credit and risk teams
  • Legal and operational teams

The ultimate goal is to grow a high-quality financing portfolio while maintaining strong credit standards and risk controls.


Main Responsibilities

1. Business Development & Credit Origination

Client Acquisition

  • Develop strategies to source businesses requiring:
    • Invoice financing
    • Asset financing
    • Working capital facilities

Target Market

Identify and recruit:

  • SMEs
  • Distributors
  • Suppliers
  • Contractors
  • Service providers

Pipeline Development

  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of financing opportunities.

2. Credit Assessment & Client Onboarding

Preliminary Assessment

Evaluate:

  • Business profile

Client Onboarding

  • Collect client documentation.
  • Complete Know Your Customer (KYC) requirements.
  • Verify financial records.

3. Credit Analysis & Deal Structuring

Internal Coordination

5. Financial Institution & Partner Management
