Retail Sales Officer
Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Achieve monthly sales targets with focus on Solution business
To handle walk-in customer enquiries
Manage installers within region – Engage and recruit
Help customers make selection by possessing excellent product knowledge and actively promoting solution selling
To follow up on leads received via all channels
To prepare proforma invoices
To follow up with open customer enquiries
To liaise with customer service on the keying in of orders and material readiness
To follow up with customers on payments
To inform customers when orders are ready for collection
Receive customer complaints and follow up with relevant departments till fully resolved
Participate in trade fares and exhibition
Participate in monthly and annual stock taking exercise
Ensure compliance to Service Centre SOP
Requirements

Undergraduate degree in business management
-
Min 3 years’ experience
-
Good negotiation skills and decision making
-
Excellent customer service
-
Good communication and listening skills
-
Problem solving skills
-
Ability to work long hours as and when required
