Kilifair Promotion Company Ltd is a leading event organizer in Tanzania. We are focused on B2B & consumer events in Tourism.

You are going to work with an international, multilingual team, managed by a European and Tanzanian Directors. Office and warehouse facilities are located in Moshi and at KIA.

Job description

Kilifair Promotion Company Ltd offering immediately the position of Head of Sales to lead our sales team and maintain customer relations. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, proven working experience, and the ability to build lasting relationships with clients and partners.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales strategy: Develop and implement effective sales plans to achieve company targets.
Client acquisition: Identify and secure new business opportunities across tourism, hospitality, and events sectors.
Partnership management: Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients and partners.
Team leadership: Supervise, motivate, and train the sales team to maximize performance.
Market analysis: Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to inform strategy.
Reporting: Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales & Marketing, or related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in managing a team.
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Fluency in English and Swahili is mandatory.
Advanced skills in MICROSOFT Word, Excel and Outlook.
