Location: Geita (Mchauru), Tanzania

Job Description

Coastal Air is seeking a qualified Project Manager to be based in Geita (Mchauru), Tanzania.

The successful candidate will serve as the company’s representative and primary point of contact for service delivery matters, ensuring effective coordination, communication, and stakeholder management. This role requires a proactive and professional individual capable of maintaining strong working relationships while ensuring the highest standards of service delivery and customer satisfaction.

Key Requirements:

• Nationality: Tanzanian Citizen

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Aviation Management, Engineering, Logistics & Transport Management, or a related field.

• Certification: PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent Project Management certification.

• Experience: Experience in aviation, transport, logistics, or other regulated operational environments.

• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365.

• Soft Skills: Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Added Advantage:

Candidates with knowledge of the following will have an added advantage:

• Safety Management Systems (SMS)

• Aviation Security

• Quality Assurance (QA)

• Quality Management Systems (QMS)

• Aerodrome Operations

• A valid Flight Operations Officer (FOO) Licence
