Key Responsibilities

• Manage construction of offices, camps, roads, and project facilities.

• Supervise contractors and construction teams.

• Ensure project quality, safety, and schedule compliance.

• Coordinate procurement and construction materials.

• Monitor project progress and prepare construction reports.

• Resolve construction-related challenges and implement corrective actions when necessary.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.

• Proven experience managing construction projects.

• Strong knowledge of HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) standards and project controls.

• Strong knowledge of construction methods, project planning, and site supervision.

• Ability to work in remote field locations.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
