Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all branch operations and activities.

• Manage budgets, resources, and branch performance.

• Coordinate exploration, construction, and administrative functions.

• Provide regular reports to Head Office.

• Liaise with government authorities, local communities, and business partners.

• Ensure proper management of company assets, equipment, and resources.

• Ensure compliance with Tanzanian mining, labor, and environmental regulations.

• Promote a strong safety culture and ensure all employees adhere to Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) requirements.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mining, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Fluency in English and Swahili.

• Minimum 5 years of management experience in mining, construction, or industrial projects.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and reporting systems.

• Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills.
