Executive Personal Assistant to CEO at Derick Global Trading Co.

Position: Executive Personal Assistant to CEO. 

Location: Moshi – Kilimanjaro.

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, Intelligent and detail – Oriented Executive Personal  Assistant to Support a dynamic entrepreneur managing multiple businesses.

Key Responsibilities 

  • Manage and coordinate the CEO’s daily schedule, meetings and appointments. ∙ Follow up on Suppliers, customers, partners and business leads.
  • Draft Professional emails, letters and business communications.
  • Track ongoing projects and ensure deadlines are met.
  • Conduct online Research and prepare reports when required.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and business Logistics.
  • Maintain records, files and business documentation.
  • Assist in Procurement and sourcing activities.

Qualifications and Experience 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Accounting, Economics or  related field.
  • Excellent written and spoken English.
  • Strong Computer skills (Microsoft office, Google
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and work independently.
  • Professional Appearance and communication skills.
  • Experience as an Executive assistant, Personal Assistant or Administrative Officer is an  added Advantage.
