Job Summary:
Sumwood Furniture Manufacturing is seeking a Sales & Marketing Assistant to support sales and marketing efforts, drive business growth, and increase brand visibility.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies.

• Support the sales team in identifying new business opportunities and building customer relationships.

• Conduct market research to stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activities.

• Create and distribute marketing materials (brochures, flyers, and social media content).

• Manage and maintain the company website and social media platforms.

• Coordinate trade shows and product displays.

• Analyze sales data and market trends to support decision-making.

Requirements:

• Diploma or degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.

• 1–2 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the furniture industry.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Proficiency in MS Office and marketing tools (CRM, social media management).

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with digital marketing, social media advertising, and email marketing.

• Knowledge of furniture industry trends and market dynamics.

• Familiarity with graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).
