Through our Engineering Internship Program, we offer recent engineering graduates the opportunity to develop technical skills, gain hands-on experience, and build a strong foundation for a successful career in the scaffolding and construction industry.
We are seeking enthusiastic, motivated, and talented graduates to join our team as Engineering Intern.
Key Responsibilities
As an Engineering Intern, you will work closely with experienced engineers and project teams to:
- Assist in the design, inspection, installation, and maintenance of scaffolding systems.
- Prepare and review engineering drawings, technical specifications, and project documentation.
- Participate in site inspections, engineering assessments, and project supervision.
- Support technical problem-solving and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with engineering standards, safety regulations, and project requirements.
- Perform any other engineering-related duties assigned by supervisors.
Eligibility Requirements
Applicants must meet the following criteria:
- Hold a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, Civil Engineering, or an equivalent qualification from a recognized institution.
- Be a Tanzanian citizen and have graduated between 2023 and 2025.
- Demonstrate proficiency in engineering software and Microsoft Office applications.
- Possess strong communication skills in both English and Swahili.
- Be eager to learn, adaptable, and capable of working effectively both independently and within a team.
Internship Duration
- Six (6) months
