VACANCY ANNOUNCEMENT – 2026/27 SCHOOL YEAR

The school invites applications from qualified, experienced, and passionate administrative professionals for the following position:

Applicants must meet the following criteria:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
Professional qualification (CPA, ACCA, or equivalent)
Master’s degree will be an added advantage
Minimum of three (3) years relevant accounting experience in a school environment
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting
Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

Managing day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, receivable, bank reconciliations, and payroll
Preparing monthly management accounts and financial reports
Supporting budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes
Ensuring compliance with statutory requirements, school policies, and internal controls
Coordinating audits and liaising with external auditors
Maintaining accurate financial records and accounting documentation
Performing other finance-related duties as assigned
