🏫 Invitation for a Public Auction at St Jude’s
Thank you for your patience and continued support. We are pleased to inform you that our public auction has been rescheduled and will now take place on 22 November 2025.
The School of St Jude, fighting poverty through education, invites interested bidders to attend a public auction of used and new items.

Note on Entry: Bidders will be allowed to enter the gate for item viewing and preparation between 8:30 AM and 9:30 AM. After 9:30 AM, the gate closes for the bidding session.
🛠️ Items for Auction
The auction will include a variety of items under the following categories:
- Fleet: Tractor, Car tires, Garage items, Car batteries.
- Electronics and other staff: Computers, Monitor and mouse, Laptop, Printers, Cables, Drums, Books.
- Maintenance: Wood, Metal, Tanks, Chairs.
📋 Auction Conditions
Conduct of the Auction
- The auction will begin at 9:30 AM, led by the MC.
- The MC will start from Lot 1 and continue to the last lot.
- For each lot, the MC will announce the starting price set by the auction committee.
- Bidders will place their bids openly until the final (winning) bidder is confirmed.
- A St Jude’s representative will record the winning and second-highest bidders.
Payment, Collection, and Failure to Pay
- Payment Terms: 100% on the announcement of the winning bidder.
- Winning bidders must go to the Finance Team immediately after winning to complete payment, get receipts, clearance, and a gate pass.
- Failure to pay: The second bidder shall be announced the winning bidder, and so on.
- Item Collection: All purchased and paid for items must be removed on the same day of the auction between 12:30 PM and 3:00 PM.
- Failure to take away the items shall result in their confiscation by St Jude’s, and NO REFUNDS shall be made.
Other Conditions
- Vehicle Parking: There will be no parking inside the campus. Please park outside the gate without blocking the main entrance.
- Reservations: St Jude’s reserves the right to cancel any part or the whole of the auction at any time before and/or during the auction and further reserves the right not to disclose reasons for any such cancellations.
