About the Role

TUI Hotels & Resorts is seeking an energetic and enthusiastic Entertainment & Activity Host to join the team at TUI BLUE Bahari Zanzibar. The successful candidate will organize and deliver engaging daytime and evening entertainment programs for guests of all ages and nationalities.

Note: Applicants must have the legal right to work in Tanzania/Zanzibar and be local residents.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver fun daytime entertainment activities.
• Coordinate and host evening shows and events.
• Engage with guests to ensure memorable holiday experiences.
• Organize activities suitable for guests of different ages and nationalities.
• Work closely with an international entertainment team.
• Maintain high standards of guest service and professionalism.

Requirements

• Right to work in Tanzania/Zanzibar (local resident).
• Fluent conversational English and the local language.
• Friendly, energetic, and outgoing personality.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Flexible and able to work under pressure.
• Comfortable interacting with guests of all ages.
• Skills such as singing, dancing, or presenting are an added advantage.
• Knowledge of additional European languages is beneficial.
