About the Role

Inua Hub Tanzania is seeking a creative and passionate Social Media & Digital Marketing Associate to strengthen its digital presence, engage online communities, and promote the stories of young innovators, entrepreneurs, and changemakers across Tanzania.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement content strategies for Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, X, Facebook, and YouTube.
• Create engaging visual and written content aligned with the organization’s mission.
• Manage daily social media activities, including content publishing, community engagement, and responding to comments and messages.
• Plan and maintain a consistent content calendar for campaigns and events.
• Monitor social media analytics and prepare performance reports with improvement recommendations.
• Identify digital trends and propose creative ideas to increase reach, engagement, and audience growth.
• Collaborate with internal teams to highlight programs, events, partnerships, and success stories.

Requirements

• Passion for digital marketing, storytelling, and social media.
• Good understanding of major social media platforms and current digital trends.
• Strong written and visual communication skills.
• Creative mindset with attention to detail.
• Knowledge of Canva, CapCut, Adobe Express, or similar content creation tools is an added advantage.
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to meet deadlines.
• Proactive, curious, and eager to learn.
• Passion for youth empowerment, innovation, and community impact.
