Position: Sales Account Officer – Detergents

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Account Officer to join our growing team in the detergents industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers.
Identify new business opportunities and grow sales within the assigned territory.
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
Prepare sales reports and forecasts.
Ensure timely collection of customer payments.
Work closely with the operations and customer service teams to ensure excellent service delivery.

Requirements:

Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.
Experience: At least 2 years of sales experience, preferably in FMCG or detergents.
Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Attributes: Self-motivated with a proven ability to meet sales targets.
Tech Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
License: Valid driver’s license is an added advantage.

Salary: Gross salary range of TZS 400,000 – 600,000 (dependent on experience).
