DEPUTY HEAD – DISCIPLINE & QUALITY ASSURANCE

Key Responsibilities

Must be a secondary Cambridge English teacher or Science and Mathematics teacher.
Support implementation of school improvement plans.
Lead implementation of the school’s behavior and discipline policy.
Lead the implementation of the school’s quality assurance systems and procedures.
Track student academic progress and analyze performance data.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Education or related field.
Minimum 5 years’ secondary school teaching experience.
Leadership experience in quality assurance, discipline, or pastoral care.
Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
Cambridge or international curriculum experience is an added advantage.
