Current Vacancies & Qualifications

1. Barman

• Requirements: Minimum 3 years experience as a Barman in a reputable hotel.

• Key Skills: Strong knowledge of mixology, beverage service, and customer interaction. Excellent communication skills.

2. Waiter

• Requirements: Minimum 3 years experience in fine dining or hotel restaurant service.

• Key Skills: Knowledge of food and beverage pairing, professional table service, and guest engagement.

3. Senior Chef De Partie (CDP)

• Requirements: Minimum 3 years experience in a similar role.

• Key Skills: Expertise in specific kitchen sections, ability to lead a team, ensure quality and sanitation standards.

4. Senior Sous Chef

• Requirements: Minimum 8 years experience in kitchen management.

• Key Skills: Strong leadership, menu planning, cost control, and team development skills. Assists in leading kitchen operations.

5. Assistant Chief Engineer

• Requirements: Minimum 3 years experience in hotel engineering/maintenance.

• Key Skills: Knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing systems. Strong supervisory and problem-solving skills.

6. Housekeeping Supervisor

• Requirements: Minimum 3 years experience in housekeeping.

• Key Skills: Proven leadership in team management, room inspections, and maintaining high cleanliness standards.
