We are currently looking for experienced and strong candidates to join us for the following position:
NATIONAL ACCOUNT MANAGER: ENTERPRISE
Role Purpose
Responsible for driving sustainable, long-term revenue growth within Liquid Intelligent Technologies Tanzania’s enterprise customer segment.
The role holder is accountable for identifying, developing, and closing complex, high-value opportunities across national enterprise accounts, pan-African multinationals, and global accounts operating in Tanzania and the broader East African corridor.
The NAM serves as the primary relationship custodian for a defined portfolio of strategic accounts, positioning Liquid Intelligent Technologies as the preferred technology partner across the full Cassava portfolio:
- Connectivity
- Cloud
- Cybersecurity
- Compute & AI
- Colocation
- Payments
The role demands a consultative, insight-led sales approach and the ability to engage credibly at C-suite level.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue sales opportunities and leads which may come from meetings, clients, other sales channels, vendors, and others.
- Prepare and deliver tailored solution presentations and commercial proposals aligned to each client’s business requirements and technology strategy.
- Lead and coordinate bid responses and RFP submissions, engaging Pre-Sales, Solutions Architecture, and Legal as required.
- Facilitate onboarding engagements for newly signed enterprise clients with Service Delivery.
- Develop and maintain quarterly strategic account plans for all key enterprise accounts.
- Conduct quarterly Executive Business Reviews (EBRs) with senior client stakeholders.
- Initiate renewal conversations minimum 90 days before expiry and track all activity in CRM.
- Engage the NAM — Cloud & Cybersecurity jointly on all C2 opportunities within the portfolio.
- Maintain all opportunity, contact, and account records in CRM to the required standard.
- Participate in weekly pipeline reviews with the Enterprise Sales Manager.
- Monitor competitor activity and provide market intelligence to the Enterprise Sales Manager and Marketing Manager.
Qualifications and Experience
- Minimum 5 years in B2B enterprise technology sales with a verifiable track record of meeting and exceeding revenue targets in a complex solution-selling environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, IT, Telecommunications, or related field (required). MBA is advantageous.

- Multi-pillar technology knowledge: Advanced
- Commercial negotiation: Advanced
- Experience in identifying up-selling opportunities which increase product penetration within the customer.
- Understanding of and ability to manage the opportunity lifecycle from discovery to generation of proposal and subsequent closure and implementation.
- Ability to introduce new innovative concepts to key decision makers within the customer through relationship and stakeholder management of the CxO level within the customer organization.
- Awareness of the telecoms and ICT industry and the impact it is having on the customer organization.
- Excellent command of both oral and written English and Kiswahili languages.
