Job Purpose

Mega Beverages Limited is seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to drive product sales, increase market penetration, maintain customer relationships, and achieve assigned sales targets.

---

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Carrying out sales route calls based on approved journey plans.
• Planning sell-out targets by Stock Keeping Unit (SKU) for each customer in line with overall tertiary sales targets.
• Reviewing sales targets at the end of each planned journey against actual performance.
• Reviewing and advising on product availability.
• Achieving all tertiary sales targets for assigned SKUs through direct sales.
• Increasing numeric distribution of products.
• Ensuring proper in-store implementation of merchandising and product availability standards.
• Following cycle priorities and promotional requirements.
• Ensuring proper stock rotation with customers.

Minimum Requirements

Applicants must have:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Education with strong mathematical and analytical skills.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in sales, marketing, or FMCG environment.
• Valid Driving Licence Class C or E from a recognised institution.
• Strong selling skills.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Strong time management abilities.
