Job Vacancy: Live-in Nanny
Job Description:
People Project Co. Limited is recruiting on behalf of its client, an expatriate family, for an experienced and dedicated Live-in Nanny to provide professional childcare support and ensure the wellbeing, safety, and development of their children.
The ideal candidate should have previous experience working with expatriate families, strong childcare skills, excellent communication abilities, and the flexibility to travel with the family when required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide attentive, loving, and professional care for children while ensuring their safety and wellbeing.
- Manage children’s daily routines, including meals, hygiene, dressing, playtime, and bedtime activities.
- Organize age-appropriate educational, creative, and recreational activities.
- Support children’s learning, development, and social skills.
- Prepare children’s meals and snacks where required.
- Monitor children’s health and promptly communicate any concerns to the parents.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment for the children.
- Provide basic first aid and respond appropriately to minor emergencies.
- Travel with the family when required and provide childcare support during local and international trips.
- Maintain confidentiality, professionalism, and respect for the family’s privacy and lifestyle.
Qualification & Requirements:
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a live-in nanny, preferably with expatriate families.
- Proven experience caring for children in a private household environment.
- Good understanding of childcare practices, child safety, and child development.
- First Aid certification or practical first aid training is highly preferred.
- Excellent spoken English communication skills.
- Ability to work comfortably within a multicultural and international household.
- Willingness and flexibility to travel with the family as required.
- Responsible, trustworthy, patient, and nurturing personality.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently.
