The company operates across multiple countries and is seeking qualified candidates to join its team in Tanzania.

1. HSE Officers (2 Positions)

Location: Dar es Salaam, Tanzania

Qualifications & Experience

Applicants should have:

• Diploma or higher qualification from a recognized institution in:
  • Occupational Health and Safety
  • Environmental Health
  • Environmental Engineering
  • Or related fields.
• Professional certification in Occupational Health and Safety (OSHA or equivalent) is an added advantage.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience as an HSE Officer in the construction industry.
• Experience conducting:
  • Safety training
  • Toolbox meetings
  • Workplace safety inspections
• Knowledge of:
  • Construction safety practices
  • Hazard identification
  • Risk assessment
  • Accident investigation
  • Occupational health and safety legislation
  • Environmental regulations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• High level of integrity, accountability, and professionalism.

Salary

Monthly Basic Salary: TZS 600,000 – 700,000

2. Civil Engineer (1 Position)

Location: Kibaha, Tanzania

Qualifications & Experience

Applicants should have:

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Civil Engineering from a recognized and accredited institution.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in civil engineering, preferably in:
  • Construction projects
  • Infrastructure development projects
• Strong knowledge of:
  • Construction methods
  • Engineering principles
  • Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) practices
• Ability to interpret:
  • Engineering drawings
  • Technical specifications
  • Engineering documents
• Experience with engineering software and Microsoft Office applications is an added advantage.
• Excellent:
  • Communication skills
  • Problem-solving skills
  • Organizational skills
• Ability to coordinate projects, meet deadlines, and work under pressure.
• High level of integrity, accountability, professionalism, and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team.
