Tandahmiba is looking for motivated and hardworking fresh graduates to join its team in the following internship positions:
1. Administrative Intern
Department: Operations
Location: Tandahmiba – Mtwara (Onsite)
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Management, Mass Communication, or any related field.
- No working experience is required.
- Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Monitor office supply inventory, place orders, and oversee equipment maintenance.
- Maintain organized physical and digital filing systems for easy document retrieval.
- Greet clients, manage incoming mail, and coordinate courier deliveries.
- Maintain calendars, schedule appointments, and organize team meetings.
- Answer phone calls, route inquiries, and respond to emails professionally.
- Support company digital platforms.

2. Procurement Intern
Department: Procurement
Location: Tandahmiba – Mtwara (Facility-Based)
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Procurement and Supply Management or a related field.
- No working experience is required.
- Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Support procurement and logistics departments by verifying product quality, quantities, and documentation.
- Follow up with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of raw materials.
- Prepare Local Purchase Orders (LPOs).
- Support implementation of quality management systems and procedures.
- Assist with record keeping and documentation.
- Perform other duties assigned by the supervisor.

Duties and Responsibilities
- Support procurement and logistics departments by verifying product quality, quantities, and documentation.
- Monitor production activities to ensure compliance with quality procedures.
- Report quality issues or non-conformities to the supervisor.
- Support implementation of quality management systems and procedures.
- Assist with record keeping and documentation.
- Perform other duties assigned by the supervisor.
