Key Responsibilities
1. Project Planning, Implementation & Management (30%)
- Coordinate high-quality implementation and reporting of project activities.
- Track project targets and submit timely reports to the Project Manager, Cluster R&L Specialist, DME, and WVT Head Office.
- Collaborate with partners, Local Government Authorities (LGAs), and stakeholders to maximize project impact.
- Monitor field activities and ensure alignment with project objectives.
- Provide technical guidance during project implementation.
Expected Results
- Effective implementation according to the Project Design Document (PDD) and Logframe.
- Strong relationships with project partners.
- Improved donor relations.
2. Project Budget & Resource Management (25%)
- Participate in annual and multi-year budgeting and financial planning.
- Ensure compliance with World Vision financial policies and donor requirements.
- Monitor project expenditures and monthly budget burn rates.
- Support budget realignments and audit processes.
- Facilitate integrated district planning and budgeting with government stakeholders.

- Efficient budget management.
- Maximum project impact with optimal resource utilization.
- Responsible stewardship of financial and non-financial resources.
3. Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability, Learning (MEAL) & Reporting (20%)
- Support development and implementation of the project’s Theory of Change.
- Coordinate baseline studies and periodic performance monitoring.
- Collaborate with other World Vision projects to generate evidence for policy influence.
- Prepare high-quality monthly, quarterly, and annual reports.
- Organize learning and reflection meetings with project stakeholders.
- Document and disseminate lessons learned.

- Timely submission of quality reports.
- Strong monitoring and evaluation systems.
- Improved project decision-making through evidence-based learning.
4. Management of Project Officers & Interns (10%)
- Supervise Project Officers and interns.
- Provide technical support and coaching.
- Promote integrity, accountability, and zero tolerance for fraud and corruption.
- Support staff performance management and capacity development.

- High-performing project team.
- Staff training plans effectively implemented.
- Technical capacity strengthened.
5. Networking, Visibility & Donor Recognition (10%)
- Build and maintain partnerships with government, NGOs, communities, and other stakeholders.
- Ensure donor visibility through branding and participation in national, regional, and local events.
- Represent the project in meetings, workshops, and conferences.
- Document and share project successes and lessons learned.
Expected Results
- Strong partnerships and stakeholder engagement.
- Positive public image of World Vision and the project.
- Timely achievement of partnership management indicators.
6. Other Duties (5%)
- Perform additional assignments as directed by management.
- Support resource mobilization initiatives.

Required Qualifications
Education
Applicants must possess a Bachelor’s degree in one of the following fields:
- Rural Development
- Community Development
- Agricultural Economics
- Agriculture
- Natural Resource Management
- Any other related field
Added Advantage
- Master’s degree in a relevant discipline.
Professional Experience
Applicants must have:
- At least 5 years’ experience managing or coordinating donor-funded projects.
- Experience working with International NGOs (INGOs).
- Experience with Korean-funded projects is an added advantage.
